Outdoor Immersion is a Pittsburgh, PA nonprofit Community Care Mission using outdoor activities to create connections of friendship to help US Veterans suffering from PTSD to rebuild resilience physically, mentally and spiritually.

The Alfred A. Kuehn Innovation Institute made a grant to the Clear Thoughts Foundation in March of 2025. The Clear Thoughts Foundation is a Pittsburgh, PA-based nonprofit whose primary purpose is to raise funds to discover breakthrough drugs and novel treatments to stop the progression of and to eventually eliminate dementia.
